It’s been a few years since we’ve been able to make it up north for the annual week at Platte Lake. But, this year we were able to take a half week off and head up. We got up around 6 pm Wednesday, and have got into full vacation mode already. Dogs have had tons of water time already, and we hot out and did ~16 miles on a rail trail this morning. We hope to hit the Vasa trail near Traverse City tomorrow morning.
But, for now, it’s time to sit on the swing and read a book. (Pattern Recognition by William Gibson)
